I'm Heather Caudill

My unconventional career path includes dancing on an NBA dance team, appearing in the film Eddie with Whoopi Goldberg, and working as a flight attendant before transitioning into tech. I am a mother of three who loves traveling the world with my kids and still takes hip hop dance classes. I believe that both dance and leadership require the same thing: listen closely, stay present, and move with intention.
